Family Tree's services are beyond "Above and Beyond." My 88 year old mother moved into independent living at Aurora Plaza more than ten years ago after my father died. She has enjoyed independent living. In recent years she has struggled to remain in independent living. She was not yet ready for assisted living but needed help. Family Tree has been a "God Send" for our family. They have stepped up to close the gap that was threatening to force my mother into assisted living. Her caregiver, has been magnificent! She has responded to every need my mother has expressed and has anticipated things that none of us realized were needed. In addition to providing extremely professional aid she has become one of my mother's best friends. Mom eagerly looks forward to her every visit. Additionally, the management and leadership of Family Tree have been superb. They are extremely flexible and eager to meet our every need. In December 2020 Mom contracted COVID-19. She was not sick enough to be admitted to the hospital but needed more help than [caregiver] could safely provide at home. [Care Coordinator] was instrumental in finding a Rehab Center for COVID-19 patients and facilitated Mom's transfer to that facility. Thanks to his timely professional efforts, Mom has successfully recovered from COVID and has returned home. I cannot imagine how we would have provided for Mom's care if not for Family Tree In-Home Care. God Bless you for all that you do.
